At Summer Shadows Quilting, I am passionate about quilting. I started quilting as a hobby and quickly fell in love with the craft. I decided to open Summer Shadows Quilting after I purchased a BERNINA Q24 Longarm to share my passion with others and create a space where quilters could take their quilt tops and have them finished professionally.
At Summer Shadows Quilting, I primarily use EDGE 2 EDGE quilting or all over quilting. This is the fastest turn around and is very economical, too! There are so many options and I will help you pick the pattern.
The Price is $.0225/ square inch for basic density and $.03 for medium density.
Example: Basic edge to edge 60x75 twin quilt would be 4500" x .0225 = $110
$50 Minimum fee for E2E quilting
Additional Charges:
$2 per bobbin if thread is not provided
$25 for Minky or Puff backing
The backing should be a minimum of 4" per side LARGER than your quilt top. I supply the batting!
Optional Binding charges:
$.15 per linear inch (trimming the quilt, making the binding and machine sewing to the top only, you would hand sew later)
$.25 per linear inch (trimming the quilt, making the binding and machine sewing it onto the front and back)
